South African Deliveries

Autostyle Motorsport ships to all addresses within South Africa.
All online orders are processed and dispatched from our Johannesburg Head Office.

Namibia & Neighbouring Countries

At present, Autostyle Motorsport does not arrange deliveries outside South Africa.
Customers in Namibia or neighbouring countries are welcome to place orders online and arrange their own courier or transport service to collect from our store.

All invoices are issued in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees in your country will be your responsibility.

International Orders

We currently do not offer direct international shipping.
However, you may complete your order online by selecting “Store Collection” at checkout and arranging a courier or freight company to collect your parcel from our Johannesburg location.

Delivery Times

Most items listed on our website are available in stock, allowing us to dispatch orders shortly after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities: 3–6 working days

  • Rural or outlying areas: 8–10working days

If an item is temporarily out of stock or available on special order, you will be notified and given the option to:

  • Wait for restock,

  • Choose a suitable replacement, or

  • Request a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Due to the wide variety of products we stock, shipping fees may vary depending on the item size and weight.
Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Below is a general guide to our shipping categories and starting rates:

  • Category 01 – Small Items
    Examples: Interior accessories, lighting, front loaders, amplifiers
    Starting from R95

  • Category 02 – Medium Items
    Examples: Boot spoilers, grilles, larger subwoofers, etc.
    Starting from R190

  • Category 03 – Large Items
    Examples: Bumpers, spoilers, car audio combo kits, etc.
    Starting from R320

  • Category 04 – Extra Large Items
    Examples: Alloy wheels, tyres, racing seats, etc.
    Starting from R495

Note: These rates serve as an estimate only. Final and accurate shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Shipping fees are capped at R650 maximum, regardless of order size or value.

Store Collections

Orders may be collected from any of our branches; however, all online orders are processed from our Johannesburg Head Office.
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for processing and inter-branch delivery before your order is ready for collection.

All online orders must be paid in full prior to processing and dispatch for store collection.

Returns Policy

All warranties are null and void if products are not installed by a reputable fitment centre.
DIY installations are done entirely at your own risk.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are incorrect, defective, or damaged, Autostyle Motorsport will replace the item at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable (for example, due to discontinuation or stock unavailability), a full refund will be issued.

Radios & Amplifiers

All radios and amplifiers carry a supplier-backed repair warranty (typically 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand).
Faulty units are sent to the manufacturer or authorized service agent for assessment and repair.
Please note:

  • No immediate “swap-out” replacements are offered.

  • Warranty claims typically take 10–14 working days to process.

Speakers & Subwoofers

Speakers and subwoofers do not carry any warranty, unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Note: Car audio returns, repairs, or exchanges cannot be processed on Sundays or Public Holidays at any of our stores.

Globes & Lighting

Due to the nature of globes and lighting products, no warranty is provided.
We strongly recommend professional installation to ensure proper wiring and operation.

Spoilers & Body Kits

All our spoilers and body kits are made from fibreglass, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

To ensure proper fitment:

  • Always trial-fit the product to your vehicle before spray-painting or final installation.

  • Autostyle Motorsport will not be held liable for any labour, paint, or fitment costs.

If a product is found to be warped or unable to fit correctly, we will gladly replace or refund the item.
We recommend having these products installed by a qualified panel beater or body shop for best results.

Price Beater Policy

At Autostyle Motorsport, we always strive to offer you the best value.
We will do our best to beat or match any genuine price, subject to the following conditions:

  • The price must be from a reputable and authorized South African dealer.

  • It must be a current, publicly advertised price (not expired or outdated).

  • The competing dealer must have the item in stock.

  • The offer must not apply to limited stock, “first few customers” promotions, or other special clearance deals.

  • The Price Beater applies to cash or EFT transactions only.

  • We may request a written quotation or proof of the advertised price to verify its validity and stock availability.

We reserve the right to decline a price-beat request where the comparison does not meet the above criteria.
