Autostyle Motorsport will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed at our Johannesburg Head Office
Namibia & Neighbouring Countries:
Unfortunately Autostyle Motorsport does not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you can arrange for your own transport or delivery service to collect your order froom our store.
All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country
At present we are unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa, you can order online and choose “Store Collection” and make arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect on your behalf.
Lockdown Delivery Times: Please note, due to the ongoing lockdown, we have experienced extraordinary delays from suppliers & courier services. Please expect an additional 5 to 7 working days above existing delivery times.
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 2 to 5 working days is expected to major cities and 8 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fee’s will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
Below is an estimate of shipping fee’s:
* Smaller orders ie. interior accessories, lights, front loaders, amplifiers – Shipping Category 01 – starting at R95
* Medium Sized orders ie. bootspoilers, grilles, bigger subwoofers, etc – Shipping Category 02 – starting at R190
* Large Size orders ie. bumpers, spoilers, car sound combo’s etc.
Shipping Category 03 – starting at R320
* X Large Size orders ie. alloy wheels, tyres and racing seats
Shipping Category 04 – starting at R495
Note: These are estimate shipping fees, more accurate shipping costs will be calculated in the Checkout process.
Orders may be collected from our stores, however ALL online orders are processed from our Johannesburg head office. Please allow for a 2 to 5 day processing and delivery time for your order to be collected from our other branches.
Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and shipped to our stores for collection.
Shipping costs will NEVER exceed R650, irrespective of the size or value of order.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
All products have a 7 day money back guarantee – However, products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase(invoice) and the original packaging.
Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued) full refund will be given.
Radio’s & Amplifiers – These carry a supplier backed repair-warranty, normally 6 to 12 months, while we do not swap out any faulty units, Autostyle will send the unit to the specific manufacturer for a warranty claim, this normally takes approximately 10 to 14 working days
Speakers & Subwoofers do not have any warranty, unless specifically stated on the product description.
Globes & Lighting – As with all globes & lighting products, there are no warranties given. It would be best to have a professional installer fit & wire up the necessary products for you.
Spoilers & Bodykits
All of our kits are fibreglass (unless stated otherwise on the product description)
To ensure a proper fitment please ‘trial fit’ these products to your vehicle before spraypainting, Autostyle will not be held accountable for labour & paint costs.
Should a product be warped or unable to fit correctly. We will gladly swap out or refund you on the order. We strongly recommend to take these products to a professional panelbeater for installation.
Price Beater Policy
While Autostyle Motorsport will endeavor to beat any price, these are subject to the following conditions:
• The price must be from a reputable dealer
• It must be a current advertised price
• The dealer must have the product in stock
• The price must not be for a limited stock item (eg apply to first 5 customers etc) or promotional specials
• Applies to cash and EFT transactions only
• We may, ask for a written quote to verify validity of price and availability
